Tim Carter President

Timothy M. Carter is an eight-year NFL veteran, a diverse and successful entrepreneur, a generous philanthropist, and a loving husband and father of three.

Throughout his collegiate and professional careers Tim always sought out the opportunity to volunteer with altruistic organizations; working with non-profits, charities, hospitals, school systems, homeless shelters, and religious institutions landed him the designation of United Way’s “Hometown Hero.”

Through Carter’s Kids Foundation, Tim and LaShell hope to have a lasting impact on underprivileged children by permanently improving the lives of often abused and neglected foster youth.

LaShell Carter Excecutive Director

LaShell believes in making a difference in the lives of young children. When asked what is the most rewarding thing received from working with children, she replies “I think everyone should have the heart of a child, they forgive easily and move on!”

Mrs. Carter has volunteered in child care centers, participated in beautification projects at the Boys and Girls Club in New Jersey, and teamed up with the March of Dimes to help the families at the Metro Health NICU, amongst other things.

Through Carter’s Kids Foundation the Carters work to plant seeds in the lives of at-risk boys and girls to show them that there is more to life than what has been exposed to them.
